terms of service

These terms govern your use of Vector, an aviation operations platform operated by Wentzel Investments LLC, a Florida limited liability company (trading as Wentzel.ai) ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Vector you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, where you act for an operator or other organisation, that organisation ("you"). If you do not agree, do not use Vector.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy & Cookies notice and our security posture on the Trust & Security page. Where we process customer data on your behalf, the Data Processing Addendum forms part of these terms.

Vector provides software for flight operations, crew and duty tracking, aircraft and maintenance records, compliance checklists, quoting and related workflows. Features may change over time. Access is currently limited: accounts are provisioned by invitation and sign-in uses an approved Google account.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping your credentials and any two-factor devices secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at contact@wentzel.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.

Vector is a decision-support and record-keeping tool. It is not an approved flight-planning, dispatch, maintenance-tracking, or airworthiness system, and it does not replace the judgement of your pilots, dispatchers, maintenance personnel, or accountable managers.

Duty and rest evaluation reflects the rules and settings built into Vector and may not cover every regulation, exemption, or company policy that applies to you. You remain solely responsible for operational decisions and for complying with all aviation, labour, export, and other laws applicable to your operation, including verifying any computed result against the governing regulation and your approved manuals.

Vector includes an AI assistant. Its answers are generated automatically, may be incomplete or wrong, and are not operational, legal, or regulatory advice. Review output before relying on it. Assistant requests are processed through our authenticated Cloudflare AI Gateway by an AI model provider, as described in the sub-processor list in the Data Processing Addendum. We do not use your content to train shared or third-party models.

You retain all rights in the data you submit to Vector ("customer data"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display it solely to provide, secure, and support the service and to comply with law.

You are responsible for having the right to submit customer data, including personal data of your crew and passengers, and for providing any notices and obtaining any consents required.

After termination, on your written request we will provide an export of your data and delete it within a reasonable period, unless the law requires us to retain it. Contact us at contact@wentzel.ai to make that request.

Vector does not currently take payments through the service and publishes no price list. Contact us about pricing. If paid plans are enabled in the future, payments will be processed by Stripe, Inc., and we will not store full card numbers.

You may stop using Vector at any time.

You will not: use Vector unlawfully or to infringe others' rights; attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours; probe, scan, or test the service's security without our written permission (report vulnerabilities to security@wentzel.ai instead); interfere with or overload the service; reverse engineer it except as law permits; or resell it without our agreement.

We may suspend access where needed to protect the service, other customers, or to comply with law, and will try to give notice where practical.

We and our licensors own Vector, including its software, design, and documentation. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while you have access to the service. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

We work to keep Vector available but do not offer a service-level agreement, uptime guarantee, or round-the-clock support unless we agree one with you in writing. Support is available through the contact form.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VECTOR IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OR THAT ITS OUTPUT WILL SATISFY ANY REGULATORY REQUIREMENT.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND, WHERE YOUR ORDER OR A SEPARATE WRITTEN AGREEMENT SETS A LIABILITY CAP, WILL NOT EXCEED THAT CAP. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms apply while you use Vector. You may stop at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access for material breach of these terms, with notice where practical. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 5, 8, 10, 11 and 13) do.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state or federal courts located in the State of Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, and each party consents to that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give notice, for example by email or in the product, before they take effect; continued use after the effective date means you accept them. Questions: contact@wentzel.ai.
